Question
To ask the Scottish Government how many NHS staff have participated in the NHS Scotland Interim National Arrangement on Retire and Return since it was established, broken down by (a) NHS board and (b) job role.

Whilst Scottish Government do not hold the information requested centrally, we are progressing work to allow Boards to automatically gather this.
