Question
To ask the Scottish Government how many students have received support through the Care Experienced Bursary since its inception.
Answer
The Care Experienced Bursary (CEB) was introduced in Higher Education to full time students studying at undergraduate level in the Academic Year (AY) 2017/18. The number of CEB bursary awards made since its introduction is 2,472.
The CEB was introduced to full time students in Further Education in the AY 2018-19. The total number of awards made since its introduction is 4,338.
