Question
To ask the Scottish Government how many businesses in the Stirling Council area are exempt from non-domestic rates through the Small Business Bonus Scheme.
Answer
Official statistics show that, at the snapshot date of 1 July 2020, there were 2,920 recipients of 100% non-domestic rates relief from the Small Business Bonus Scheme in Stirling Council, saving ratepayers around £6 million.
