Question

To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the potential impact on tourism, what discussions it has had with the UK Government regarding any requirement to pay for travel visas following the UK’s vote to leave the EU.


Answer

The Scottish Government has regular discussion with tourism ministers both from the UK Government and also the other devolved administrations on matters of mutual interest, including travel visas. This will next be discussed in November 2016.
