Question
To ask the Scottish Government what plans it has to implement the recommendations made in March 2003 by the Scottish Law Commission in its paper, Report on Law of the Foreshore and Sea Bed.

The Scottish Government has no current plans to implement this report by the Scottish Law Commission.
