Question
To ask the Scottish Government whether its common agricultural policy area payment scheme computer system is now fully operational.
Answer
It has always been envisaged that the rural payments and services IT system would be delivered in phases however, payments are currently being made in accordance with the European Union common agricultural policy window which closes on 30 June 2016.
