To ask the Scottish Government what plans it has to hold a public consultation on the future of the British Transport Police in Scotland.
Answer
Subject to the parliamentary process of the Scotland Bill the Scottish Government intends to consult on a range of issues related to the integration of the British Transport Police into Police Scotland in 2016.
