Question
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to alter the speed limit for HGVs on A-roads and, if so, for what reason.
Answer
We currently have no plans to alter the speed limits applying to HGVs on A roads, although we do now have the power to do so under the Scotland Act 2012.
