Question
To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-24295 by Nicola Sturgeon on 2 June 2009, whether guidance has been issued to dentists in relation to the need to advise patients of the arrangements for maximum charges for NHS treatments.
Answer
Guidance has not yet issued. This will be included in the next Memorandum which issues to dentists.
