To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish details of the Service Provider's Implementation Programme referred to in clause 1.4.4.1 of Schedule 1 of Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Limited for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland.
