Question
To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to Schedule 3, section 13 of Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland, what procedures the authority will use to carry out full assessment visits and spot checks of any location or vehicle utilised by the service provider.

The SPS will adopt such proceduresas are required to render spot-checks and assessment visits effective.
