Question
To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to publish an Education Bill and which organisations and individuals will be consulted prior to publication.
Answer
The consultation paper " Improving our Schools " which includes the draft Improvement in Scottish Education Bill was published on 7 July. Copies have been placed in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.
