That the Parliament agrees to the general principles of the Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill.

The next question is, that motion S6M-09158, in the name of Shona Robison, on the financial resolution to the Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to. Are we agreed?
