Good morning, and welcome to the 35th meeting in 2023 of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
The first item on the agenda is decisions on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private item 6, under which we will consider the evidence that we will hear on the Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill under item 2?

We also have to decide whether to consider our draft stage 1 report on the Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill in private at future meetings. Do members agree to do so?
