Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the fourth meeting in 2020 of the COVID-19 Committee. We have one substantive item today, in which we will take evidence at stage 1 on the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No 2) Bill.

Before we come to that, I propose that we take item 3 in private. I hope that all members agree. If any member disagrees, will they indicate that now, please? I am not hearing any disagreement, so we agree to take item 3 in private.
