As an amendment to motion S5M-00280 in the name of Angela Constance (Taking Scotland Forward - Creating a Fairer Scotland), after “homes,” insert “40,000 of which would be for social rent, invest in education and mental health services, pay the living wage for all public services and restrict future business development funding to companies that pay this rate,”.
