As an amendment to motion S5M-14406 in the name of Elaine Smith (Ending Austerity, Poverty and Inequality), insert at end "; condemns the botched roll-out of Universal Credit by the current UK Government, which is causing untold hardship in those areas where it has already been introduced; believes that the system has not been fixed, and therefore calls for an immediate pause to its roll-out to prevent further inevitable crisis situations."
