As an amendment to motion S5M-12140 in the name of Kevin Stewart (A Route Map to an Energy Efficient Scotland), insert at end “, and believes that the trajectory of public spending will need to be substantially accelerated beyond the current level during the current parliamentary session to realise energy efficiency as a national infrastructure priority, to provide the necessary support to householders and to lever in private sector spending.”
