That the Parliament affirms the Church of Scotland’s belief that young people are outstanding; recognises the work that the Church does alongside young people locally and nationally as one of the country’s largest and most socially engaged organisations; acknowledges the practice of the Church in working within communities and alongside partners to ensure that young people from all backgrounds are given the opportunity to flourish, and welcomes the opportunity to celebrate young talent in Scotland as part of the Year of Young People on 25 September 2018 at the Parliament and to acknowledge that young people are the Church of today.
