That the Parliament congratulates Neil Barclay from Harestone Farm in Crathes on winning Charolais Champion and Overall Reserve Champion with his Charolais bull, Harestone Jaquard, at the Royal Highland Show, and notes the hard work and commitment that all those who compete undertake.
