That the Parliament congratulates Celtic Cross Nursery in Banchory on being ranked among the top 20 in Scotland; understands that the family-run nursery strives to create a home-from-home environment, and commends its work in nurturing the children by boosting their social and emotional wellbeing and helping to shape their development.
