That the Parliament congratulates H M Sheridan, from Ballater, whose shop received national recognition at the Scottish Craft Butchers Awards in the 2017 Scottish Craft Butchers Steak Pie, Specialty Pie and Mince Round evaluation, and notes that the shop received a coveted silver award for its mince round.
