That the Parliament congratulates Hollie Davidson of Aboyne on becoming Scotland’s first contracted female rugby referee; notes that the 24-year-old made her international refereeing debut at the World Rugby HSBC Sevens, and wishes Hollie the very best of luck in the rest of her career.
