That the Parliament congratulates Deeside Rugby’s Under 15s squad on becoming Caledonia Cup Champions; recognises that the team won the cup after a tense 17-3 win over a strong Howe of Fife team; understands that the Deeside team managed to get to the final with wins over Madras and Highland, and wishes the squad every success in retaining the title next year.
