That the Parliament commemorates the 50th anniversary of the adoption of the Treaty of Tlatelolco, establishing a nuclear-weapon-free zone (NWFZ) covering Latin America and the Caribbean; notes that similar NWFZs have been established covering Africa, Antarctica, Central Asia, Mongolia, outer space, the sea bed, South East Asia and the South Pacific; supports the establishment of additional NWFZs in the near future to cover the Arctic, Europe, the Middle East, North East Asia and Scotland, and supports the call from the outgoing UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, for the entire world to become a NWFZ.
