Awards for All Scotland Grant, Angus Young Engineers After-school Club

That the Parliament congratulates Angus Young Engineers After-school Club on receiving £7,892 from the Awards for All Scotland programme; understands that this project will set up extracurricular coding clubs in Angus’s eight secondary schools, linked to the FIRST Lego League, a mechatronic-based coding project and competition, which builds on STEM skills, and thanks Awards for All Scotland for giving groups a chance to apply for grants of between £500 and £10,000 for projects that aim to help improve local communities and the lives of people most in need.
