That the Parliament congratulates the fundraising sensation, Scott Cunningham, on signing up to take part in the London Marathon 2017 to raise money for the charity, Guide Dogs; notes that Scott, who has been registered blind since the age of 23, will be tackling the marathon alongside his friend, Jim Kirk, who will act as his guide, with his guide dog, Milo, waiting patiently for him at the finish line; congratulates Scott on already raising an incredible £270,000 for the charity and £25,000 for the Royal Marines Charity Foundation; understands that he was appointed an MBE in 2011 in recognition of his fundraising efforts; notes that his previous achievements include being the first guide dog owner to reach the top of Ben Nevis and to trek both the West Highland and Pennine ways; believes that Scott shows true courage and determination, and wishes him every success.
