That the Parliament congratulates Grant Foster, who is the CEO of the Kings Theatre Kirkcaldy Group, on being 69th on the Impact 100 list for 2016 in The Courier; recognises that the list highlights significantly influential people throughout the east coast of Scotland; understands that Grant has become a "people's champion in Kirkcaldy" with his ambitious vision to restore Scotland's oldest Kings Theatre and lead local regeneration efforts; commends his work and that of his team throughout the last year in purchasing the theatre building, beginning to clear the site and undertaking significant restoration work; supports wider regeneration efforts throughout the Kirkcaldy constituency; looks forward to the anticipated reopening of the theatre by 2020, and wishes Grant, his team and the Kings Theatre Kirkcaldy all the very best in their future endeavours.
