BackStrong Trust set up by Gillian Fowler

That the Parliament congratulates Gillian Fowler, from Stonehaven, on setting up the charity, BackStrong Trust; understands that the charity is being set up to supply information and support to help people who live with a spinal condition or those adapting to living with a serious back injury but are able to walk; understands that this partners with Backstrong Adventures, set up by Gillian last year, which specialises in outdoor adventures and will now be the fundraising partner for the charity; notes that this has been driven by Gillian’s own experiences following an accident in 2008, which saw her temporarily paralysed, and wishes Backstrong Trust all the best for the future.
