  • Date lodged: Thursday, 01 December 2016
  • Motion reference: S5M-02888

That the Parliament congratulates Craigellachie Primary School on receiving a highly positive report from Education Scotland inspectors; notes that inspectors identified that strong relationships between pupils, staff, parents and the community created a “strong family ethos” that was central to the success of the school; commends the head teacher, Shiobhan Woolgar, for the resilience, energy and creativity that she shows, as well as for being a strong role model for both staff and pupils; praises the staff’s high levels of commitment to the vision, values and aims of the school; welcomes the news that staff also seek to use the great outdoors in Moray to help boost the confidence of the children and provide a better learning environment, and wishes the school continued success.
