That the Parliament acknowledges the opening of the new Cart Mill Family Centre in Clarkston; notes that the centre will provide 40 full-time equivalent, additional early years places for children in Busby, Clarkston and Eaglesham; understands that the nursery will enhance the existing early learning and childcare facilities that are available for children up to the age of five, and believes that the centre will also assist parents who require such places to continue their working lives.
