That the Parliament sends its congratulations to everyone at West Lothian College on it winning the Advancing Equality Award at the prestigious College Development Awards 2016; notes that these annual awards recognise and celebrate innovation, excellence, creativity, and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion by colleges, their staff, students and partners, and recognises that the college beat off strong competition from the City of Glasgow and Dundee and Angus colleges to secure the top accolade.
