That the Parliament congratulates West Dunbartonshire's Working 4 U service on winning the COSLA Gold Award in the Service Innovation and Improvement category; acknowledges that the service helped around 17,000 residents in the last three years with financial advice, employability and community learning and development from one single point of contact, and wishes the hard-working group well for the future.
