Pat Greenhough Named Campaigner of the Year at the Fife Rainbow Gala

That the Parliament congratulates Pat Greenhough, who is from the Kirkcaldy-based Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE), on winning the Campaigner of the Year title at the first Fife Rainbow Gala and Awards, which were organised by the Fife-based equalities charity, Pink Saltire; understands that many LGBT people, along with family and friends, attended to celebrate equality and diversity; notes that the awards recognised individuals and organisations who work to end discrimination and stigma towards LGBT people; recognises that, through her role as engagement officer at FCE, Pat has been instrumental in helping to develop more inclusive services and in building a positive picture of Fife’s diverse community; commends Pat on her hard work, commitment and dedication to promoting the rights of everyone, and wishes her all the best for the future.
