That the Parliament congratulates everyone at Bearsden Academy on it being named the Scottish State School of the Year by The Sunday Times; understands that this award was based on its SQA exam results, which saw 86% of pupils leaving school with five or more National 5s; notes that this is the second time in recent years that the school has won this award, and congratulates the staff, pupils and parents on their hard work.
