Cumnock Christmas Festival

That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of Cumnock's first Christmas Festival, which took place in the town square on 25 November 2016; understands that the event was put together by various local groups and individuals, including Cumnock Business Association, Cumnock Action Plan and East Ayrshire Vibrant Communities; notes that the event featured Christmas lights, indoor and outdoor markets, stalls, musical entertainment provided by local schools and a visit from Santa, and hopes that everyone who attended and supported the event had a wonderful time and that the event in Cumnock will return next year and beyond.
