That the Parliament congratulates Stirling Council, Dunblane Community Council, Dunblane Business Improvement District and community volunteers who have won the best overall project in the SUSTRANS Community Links Awards for their transformative project to redesign the streetscape of Dunblane centre, and considers that the project is a great example of comprehensive community engagement that will encourage walking and cycling for everyday journeys, while showing an innovative approach to place-making that will benefit all users.
