That the Parliament congratulates Rosco McClelland, who is from Blantyre, on winning the Scottish Comedian of the Year award; notes this is the 10th year of this award, which celebrates the talent of Scottish comedians, comedy writers and everyone involved in the production of live comedy and TV shows; commends the Scottish Comedy Awards organisers on providing free entry to award ceremony attendees who brought a new toy to be given to a child or a Christmas dinner food bank parcel, and wishes Rosco every success in his comedy career.
