That the Parliament congratulates Social Investment Scotland (SIS) on its 15th anniversary; understands that SIS is Scotland’s largest social enterprise fund and that it has invested more than £4.3 million in over 50 organisations across Scotland in the last year; notes that SIS has partnered with Asda and has launched the Asda Social Enterprise Supplier Development Academy, which continues to allow SIS to invest in early stage social enterprises; believes that SIS’s support to local communities is welcome, and wishes it every success in the future.
