I am a director and employee of Trinity Kerr Limited, (a provider of legal services, c/o Infinity Partnership, Aberdeen). From May 2016 until July 2016 I received a gross salary of between £1,001 and £2,000. From July 2016 I have received no salary from this company. [Amended interest 16 September 2017]

I hold ordinary shares in Trinity Kerr Limited, a provider of legal services, representing 100% of the issued share capital.

I am registered with the Law Society of Scotland.
