That the Parliament recognises the significant milestone of the 10th anniversary of the Kelpies on 27 April 2024; notes that there will be a series of celebrations taking place on 27 April through "Kelpies 10" events in The Helix park to mark the anniversary; further notes that Falkirk Council, Scottish Canals and The Helix are hosting a free-to-attend daytime celebration, which will feature lots of activities, such as a producers' market, family ceilidh, live pipe band display, storytellers, street theatre, and a group of Clydesdale horses that honours what it sees as their significant role in Scotland's industrial heritage and served as the inspiration for the masterpiece, as well as Celtic tales and songs, and the Sing Forth Choir, and celebrates that there will also be an evening ticketed concert to mark the anniversary, which will include a variety of acts, with the backdrop of the iconic Kelpies.
