43rd Birthday of Strathcarron Hospice

That the Parliament recognises Strathcarron Hospice as it celebrates its 43rd birthday since it first opened to provide care for people with life-limiting conditions in Falkirk, Stirling, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth; notes that Strathcarron Hospice is encouraging schools, businesses, groups and individuals to host a tea party or coffee morning to raise funds for the hospice on or around 19 April 2024; further notes that Strathcarron Hospice requires £14,632 daily to keep running its vital services for those with life-limiting conditions, and welcomes Ron, the new addition to the Strathcarron Hospice team as its hospice mascot, who will be turning up to fundraising events across the district in the coming months, including for Strathcarron Hospice's Big Birthday Tea Party.
