That the Parliament congratulates Team Whyte on its victory at the Scottish Curling Men’s Championship, held in Dumfries; understands that Team Whyte went unbeaten throughout all of its 11 games in the tournament, culminating in a 7-6 result against Team Craik in the final; sends its best wishes for the success of Scottish curlers at the upcoming World Championships, and warmly welcomes what it sees as the growing popularity and prestige of this historic Scottish sport.
