As an amendment to motion S5M-20979 in the name of Liam Kerr (Police Scotland Underfunded in Draft Budget), insert at end "; considers it unacceptable that past budget decisions by Police Scotland have resulted in cuts to the number of officers in local policing divisions and redundancies for police staff, and notes the negative impact on Scottish budgets of UK Government austerity policies."
