As an amendment to motion S5M-04229 in the name of Stuart McMillan (Johnson’s Brexit as Liberation Remarks), leave out from "Boris" to end and insert "Michael Russell, who it understands previously stated that Scotland should be liberated from the UK; considers that Scotland voted overwhelmingly to remain part of the family of nations and that its trade with the rest of the UK is worth four times that of its trade with other EU nations combined, and further notes the words of Alex Salmond, who said 'With regards to referendums, you have got to learn to accept a democratic result'."
