To ask the Scottish Government whether there will be a public consultation on the recently announced plans to update regulations for the licensing of dog, cat and rabbit breeding and dealing.

The Scottish Government will bring forward plans to update regulations for the licensing of dog, cat and rabbit breeding and dealing for appropriate public consultation in due course.
