Question
To ask the Scottish Government what the estimated value of e-commerce sales was in (a) 2013 and (b) 2014.
Answer
Scottish Enterprise derives a Scottish estimate of the value of e-commerce sales on a biennial basis using only Office for National Statistics (ONS) data and therefore no estimate for 2013 has been calculated. An estimate for 2014 will be calculated following the ONS publication of their 2014 survey results which we anticipate to be in December 2015.
