Question
To ask the Scottish Executive what action it has taken with regard to the announcement by Aptuit of the closure of Scottish operations at Riccarton and Livingston.
Answer
The First Minister and I met senior Aptuit representatives in January 2011 and through Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International are working with Aptuit''s senior staff in Scotland in the interest of employees affected by this announcement.
