5 Aggregates Tax and Devolved Taxes Administration (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
6 Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):
The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). It agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Rural Affairs and Islands Committee.
7 Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee considered and agreed an update on its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
