A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to transfer the property, rights, interests and liabilities of The Royal Incorporation of Hutchesons’ Hospital in the City of Glasgow to a successor Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation; to dissolve the Incorporation; and to repeal the Hutchesons’ Hospital Act 1872.
